Schlumpf’s new ERT-2000 heavy-duty electric roll turner makes lifting and turning heavy rolls fast and virtually effortless. Designed for speed and ease of use, the ERT-2000 gives converters a safe and cost effective alternative to “manhandling” valuable rolled products.

The ERT-2000 will fully invert rolls with weights to 2,000 lbs (906 kg) and widths to 60” (1520 mm) for any loading, unloading or  palletizing operation. The ERT-2000 is equipped with user friendly controls with load-unload position indicators, an ergonomic adjustable handlebar, powered hoist point shifting mechanism to perfectly balance any size load, and a rugged steel construction. The ERT-2000 can be used with any crane system. Options include remote chuck release, anti-telescoping attachments, and integrated hoist controls for added convenience.
